Description
The Ventricle Insert with Polyp is designed for hands-on endoscopic training in the identification and removal of gastric polyps.
The insert provides a realistic polyp scenario within the stomach, allowing trainees to practice navigating to the target, identifying the polyp, and performing endoscopic polyp removal in a controlled training environment.
Trainees can practice injecting saline beneath the polyp to lift the tissue before removing the polyp with a cold snare. This provides hands-on training in the key steps of a submucosal injection and cold snare polypectomy procedure.
The insert enables repeated practice of endoscopic handling and procedural techniques, helping trainees develop precision, coordination, and confidence when working with gastric polyps.
The insert is designed for repeated training and can be easily exchanged in the UpperGI Bleed Phantom, allowing users to switch between different gastric training scenarios.
