Description
The Duodenum Insert with Bleeding is designed for realistic endoscopic training in the identification and management of duodenal bleeding.
The insert provides an active bleeding scenario in the duodenum, allowing trainees to practice navigating to the bleeding site, identifying the source of haemorrhage, and performing endoscopic treatment in a controlled and repeatable training environment.
Trainees can develop their skills in endoscopic haemostasis and practice techniques for controlling active bleeding.
The insert can be used to practice procedures such as hemoclip application and over-the-scope clip (OTSC) application, providing hands-on experience with different approaches to achieving haemostasis in duodenal bleeding.
The insert is designed for repeated training and can be easily exchanged in the UpperGI Bleed Phantom.
